Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 can tuna
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
6 oz. egg noodles

Cook noodles, drain.  Combine tuna, soup and sour cream.  Mix.  Add noodles.  Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 deg.  Top with bread crumbs, if desired.
